[Registration] Energizer Night Race 2014

Energizer Night Race 2014 is back in Malaysia after stop holding it in year 2013. Welcome back Energizer! The date is set on 9th August 2014 (Saturday).  The race is organised by Twenty First Century Sports Sdn Bhd (same organiser for Putrajaya Night Marathon). The venue has changed from the previous Sepang International Circuit to Dataran Merdeka. Is going to be a night city run instead of race track run.

I bet most seasoned runners still sceptical on the race since they had bad experiences on previous years. I was one of the victim as well. However, I think they deserve a chance to make it even better and bigger (cross finger). I had done with my registration. Now is your turn!

In conjunction with International Day of Peace, Yayasan CNI is proud to organise "Plant A Tree, Plan A Hope" Batik Sarong Charity Fun Run 2014. Save your calendar on 21st September 2014 (Sunday). For those who are not aware, Yayasan CNI was established in 1998, the foundation has since then grown from strength to strength – spreading care and love in sponsoring numerous charitable activities such as education, public welfare, cultural, art and sports institutes.

[Registration] Mizuno Waze Run 2014

Mizuno Waze Run 2014 is back this year on 24th August 2014 (Sunday). Similar to last year, the venue of the event is at Putrajaya. The previous distance of 7KM is increased to 10KM. The run is organised by World Of Sports and is only open for 5,000 participants.

• Starting time: 6.45am
• Distance:  16KM & 10KM
• Normal Fees: RM60 (16KM) & RM55 (10KM)
• Finisher Medal for All Finishers
• Closing date: 3rd August 2014 (Sunday) or upon reaching 5,000 participants

[Registration] GuocoLand Run 2014

Apart from the renown developer such as IJM Land, GuocoLand has joined in the bandwagon to organiser a running event for the public. Most likely is a part of their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme.

GuocoLand Malaysia (a member of Hong Leong Group) is organising a run on 17th August 2014 (Sunday). Runners are expected to enjoy the run starting from a cozy housing area, followed by a mix of trail and road run. They will also run along the beach (good scenery)

[Registration] Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon 2014

The biggest event in the running calender, Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2014 (SCKLM) will be held on 12th October 2014 (Sunday). Entering into the 6th year, this annual event is sponsored by Standard Chartered since 2009. The organiser is non other than Dirigo Events Sdn Bhd. More than 30,000 runners are expected to take part in this event.

This year the theme is 'Confident, Committed, Courageous'. It is all about encouraging commitment to achieve the goal of finishing the race, building confidence and celebrating the courage of runners right from beginning.

The KL Marathon involves 11 categories, including a full marathon (42km) and half marathon (21km).

One run with only one distance (10KM) but with three missions. If you want to lead a healthier lifestyle, attend a career fair and contribute to charity, this is the run you don't wanna miss out. Block you date on 25th May 2014 (Sunday) for Run For Tomorrow.

Proudly organised by UCSI University and partnering with JobRefer2. The net proceeds will be donated to National Kidney Foundation Malaysia.

[Registration] 2014 Run for Great Heart Charity

2014 Run for Great Heart Charity is jointly organised by Great Heart Charity Association & Selangor Chau An Tong Sun Youth Division. It is a charity run and aim to raise a minimum RM20,000.

With the theme "Generation Y Inspired", the objective of the run is to instill awareness among the younger generation in philanthropy work.

All the collected fund will be channeled to Great Heart Charity Association. The fund will be utilized to old folk's home, orphanages, needy family, medical cases, kidney dialysis cases and other beneficiaries.

[Registration] Putrajaya Night Marathon 2014

Putrajaya Night Marathon will be held on 11th October 2014 (Saturday). Entering into the 5th year, this annual event is sponsored by Bank Simpanan Nasional since 2009. For those who already knew, Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon will be held few hours apart on the Sunday morning. Is gonna be back-to-back run for seasoned runners. I would recommend runners to choose wisely and is gonna be great to seeing you all on both of the biggest annual running event in town.

The Pink Charity Run is coming back this year on 28th September 2014 (Sunday). Organized by Pantai Hospital Klang and in aid of National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM). The venue for this year event will be held at Setia Alam Welcome Centre.
