I had been consuming TruDtox 2 times a week to cleanse my body. Let me share with you the experience I had when I just started to try it. But before that, let me briefly introduce the product.

The essence of the product is packaged in the teabag above. Like other normal teabag, you just need to boil it in a cup of hot water. Simple and easy indeed.

I purposely used a transparent pot to brew the teabag. With the pot, I can clearly see the distinctively changes of the water. I brewed the teabag in the hot pot for about 20 minutes. As you can see from the photos above, the water changes to darker colour after brewing and it is now also ready to be consumed.

I took a closer look on the teabag from the photos above. The teabag was remained floating on top of the water before and after the brewing. The longer you brew, the darker the colour of the water. The best brewing time will be between 20-30 minutes.
TruDtox is now ready to be consumed!
MY EXPERIENCE
For my first trial, I brewed the teabag about 10.00 pm. I chose to had it before I go to sleep. After I read through the instruction, I believe the timing of consumption is essential. Just keep on reading and you know why.
The taste is pretty similar to normal English tea and very nice to drink. You can barely tell the difference unless you are tea lover. I finished the pot of tea alone before heading to bed. I tend to urinate more often within the first hour of consumption. Maybe is because the amount of water I consumed.
The effect of the TruDtox actually took place in the morning about 7.00am. I can feel the minor urge of bowel movement in the stomach. The feeling is very different from stomachache. Not pain at all but there is an urge to go to the toilet.
That morning alone, I went to the toilet twice for detoxification. I can tell the TruDtox is working on me because of the bowel movement. I had never experience similar bowel movement before I consume the product. As I have not suffering from constipation, I have no issue of being dependent as I can still go to the toilet.
I had my second teabag after 2 days. I still woke up early for toilet urge but the bowel movement was less significant as compared to the first trial. I believe my body is adapting well to the effect of TruDtox. It is normal for your body to experience discomfort when you are trying it the first time. Sooner or later, the body will adapt and it will work well.
As the time of posting, I intend to continue to consume it about twice a week. I will keep on updating the progress to give accurate review on TruDtox.
MY ADVICE
Remember when I told you the timing of consumption is important. Take note! Different people may have different results. Imagine you consume it in the early morning. The effect might begin in the late afternoon or during your working time. It might not be a good timing for toilet break. My advice to you is to start your first trial during weekend.
Secondly, I truly believe some people cannot fall asleep after they consume tea. They might need to consider this reasoning as well before starting the detoxification. I do not have this problem, that is why I had mine at night.
