[Registration] KL Tower International Towerthon Challenge 2015

The most anticipated KL Tower International Towerthon Challenge is back on 17th May 2015 (Sunday). As the norm for the event, participants are to challenge the tower with 1 km run uphill before conquering 2,058 steps and reaching the top level at 283 meters above ground level.

[Registration] Glow Run 5.5K 2015

Glow 5.5K Asia is brought to us by Shouts Two Studio, a company that is focused on event management, public relations, digital marketing and wedding planner. The Epic Music Night Run in Malaysia- Glow 5.5K Asia is going to be postponed to 16th May 2015 (Saturday) from 18th April 2015 (Saturday).

Unlike other event, Glow Run 5.5K is an event that is open to all Malaysian and non-Malaysian aged 18 and above only. The organiser promises an event that brings each participant to one platform as the largest music night run in Malaysia, with the light and sound that transports all participant to a world of fantasy.

[Registration] Run 4 East Coast 2015

Run4EastCoast is a run that is organized to raise funds to contribute to the rehabilitation efforts of the recent flood in East Coast. The run is organised by Pinnacle Avera on 29th March 2015 (Sunday).

All proceeds from the run will be channeled directly to contribute to the rebuilding efforts in restoring what they have lost during the devastating tragedy. To kick-off this aid, East Coast Flood Relief Run 2015 aims to raise RM 1,000,000.00 as a funding platform for post-flood rehabilitation in affected states in Malaysia.

Shopping Experience with "Shop and Ship"

It is about two weeks into 2015. Before year 2014 ended, I actually decided to make a list of what I need to do and achieve for year 2015. I'm pretty sure most of us do a review and measure whether we are on the right track or shall we delay the previous to-do-list to another year.

I do not want to end up like this

I might just ended up doing nothing and still procrastinating if I do not start planning and take action immediately. For those who know me well, running has already become a part of me. I decided to go extra mile for 2015 by hitting to the gym. One of the resolutions is to get my body tone up with strength training. 

I was thinking to buy a new fitness gloves for weight lifting. It is actually kind of difficult to start shopping for it, as I'm not sure where should I get it from. I can get it from fitness shop in major shopping mall, however not many selection or choices is available. Furthermore, there is only a few fitness shops in Kuala Lumpur.

Forget it! So I decided to get it online. To my surprise, I managed to browse plenty of gym gloves that can't be found in local and they suit me well. Most of the websites are from Western countries. One big issue that I am facing is they do not ship the product directly to Malaysia. Ouch!!

Mid Valley City is back with its 2nd year of Charity Run that will be held on 22th March 2015 (Sunday). The distance remain the same.

[Registration] Running With Stars 2015

Running With Stars is brought to us by Jazzy Group, which is specialised on artiste promotion and organising concerts. The venture into sporting fields was inspired by the recent growing Malaysian's trend for their love in marathon as well as conceptualizing the dreams of many Malaysians to be able to workout and engage in healthy exercises with their favourite international stars.

Three Hong Kong stars, Ruco Chan and Samantha Ko of TVB and singer-actress, Elanne Kong would grace this inaugural event on 1st March 2015 (Sunday).
