[Registration] Electric Run 2015

Electric Run is going to be held on 30th August 2015 (Sunday), which is also Merdeka Eve at Selangor Turf Club, Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. The event is organised by The Livescape Group and supported by Malaysia Major Events.

Electric Run is the World’s Premier Nighttime 5k run/walk experience, where the participants are an integrated part of the show. Featuring immersive “Lands” of light and sound that transport the participant into an electric wonderland, Electric Run promises to transport the mind, body and soul to a new world in a healthy and drug-free way. Participants are encouraged to join in on the art by lighting up with glow sticks, LEDs and anything else their imagination can conjure up.

IMU Chariofare 2015 is back again! This year it is going to be bigger, better and bolder. Block your calendar on 19th September 2015 (Saturday). Following the success of IMU Chariofare 2014 – an event of charity and fun, the university will once again be organizing the IMU Chariofare 2015 – Live.Run.Love to continue the support to the less fortunate.

IMU Chariofare 2015, consists of a Charity Run and Carnival dedicated to raising funds for four (4) beneficiaries, namely:

• Penang Hospice Society
• Ti-Ratana Welfare Society
• Rumah Victory Children and Youth Home
• IMU Cares Disaster Fund

Media Release: MILO® PROMOTES GOOD BREAKFAST HABITS WITH MALAYSIA BREAKFAST DAY!

Putrajaya, 10 May 2015 - Malaysians from various parts of Klang Valley gathered at

Perbadanan Putrajaya to pledge their support in adopting a healthy breakfast habit

and an active lifestyle during the third Malaysia Breakfast Day for 2015, organized by

MILO®.

This year, MILO® expanded the Malaysia Breakfast Day to lpoh, Kuching, and
Putrajaya to drive actions among more Malaysians to incorporate healthy breakfast
habits and active lifestyles in their daily lives. Putrajaya was the third city to host the
nation's largest breakfast gathering after lpoh on 12 April and Kuching on 26 April.

Fishee Coffee, a coffee junkie place, is brewing its way at Arked Esplanad, Bukit Jalil. The addition of this cafe will bring in more selection for our coffee lovers in the neighbourhood of Bukit Jalil, Sri Petaling and Overseas Union Garden (OUG).

Malaysia Breakfast Day Run for Putrajaya will be held on 10th May 2015 (Sunday). As the day of the event is getting nearer, I would like to bring you some highlights on the first leg of the event in Ipoh which was held on 12th April 2015 (Sunday).

I was delighted to be given Media pass to run for the event. I just barely had sufficient enough rest the night before. I had few hours of sleep after Shape Night Run the day before and drove 2 hours to Ipoh for the event.

[Registration] BloodRunner 2015

BloodRunner will be Asia's First Werewolf-Themed Urban Obstacle Night Race be held on 31st July 2015 (Friday). The event is set over a 10KM urban obstacles course specially created to challenge runners of all levels.

The race is based on wave format similar to Viper Challenge. Each wave consists of 250 participants. Each runner only has only one attempt at each obstacle. Failure on the obstacle will be penalised with 20 Air Squats.

• Location: Putrajaya
• Starting time: 10.00pm - 3.00am (Subsequent wave every 5 minutes)
• Distance: 10KM + Obstacles
• Standard Fees: RM98 (Early Bird), RM118 (Release 1) & RM138 (Release 2)
• Finisher Medal & Tee for All Finishers
• Closing date: Upon reaching 5,000 participants

[Registration] AXA Hearts in Action Run 2015

AXA Hearts in Action Run will be held on 9th August 2015 (Sunday). The theme for the run is "Let's get your hearts in action and protect our planet!" All the proceeds from the event will be donated to WWF-Malaysia.

• Starting time: 6.30am onwards 
• Distance:  10KM, 6KM & 3KM (Family)
• Standard Fees: RM60 (10KM), RM50 (6KM) & RM30 (3KM)-per runner
