[Racekit] KCK Fun Run 2014

The 1st ever KCK Fun Run will be held on 6th April 2014 (Sunday) at The Oval Lawn of Setia City Park, Setia Alam. The theme of the event is "Save Our Children, Support Our Eliminate Project." The run is aimed at supporting UNICEF's new worldwide health initiative to eliminate the Maternal/Neonatal Tetanus (MNT).

The distances for the event are 5KM & 7KM. Finisher medal only available for 7KM runners. Bring along your sunglasses as the race begins at 7.30am (7KM) and 7.45am (5KM) respectively.

I collected my racekit today and it consists of the following:

• An exclusive running T-shirt
• Running bib
• Event booklet

Nothing much items available during race pack collection as the event is much more smaller scale as compared to The Music Run. However, runners can expect more goodies when they cross the finishing line. Although the event is not as big as other runs, the number of sponsors will not lose out to them.

Event Sponsors

Some of the items you can expect on the race day will be free flow of Vico and 100 Plus. Fitness First Trial passes will be one of them. I believe the big sponsors will be offering items for lucky draw. Do not forget to bring and throw your reporting card into the lucky draw box on the race day.
